The products and services offered for sale on this Web site by Sugar Fashion are only available to individuals capable of entering into legally binding contracts.

The products and services are not available to persons under the age of 18 years old or who, for whatever reason, are incapable or are legally prohibited from entering into binding contracts.

Purchase of Goods

Any order placed by you via this Web Site constitutes an offer by you to Sugar Fashion to purchase a particular product or service for the price (including the delivery and other charges) specified in this Web Site at the time you place your order.

Sugar Fashion reserves the unfettered right to accept or reject any offer for any reason, including, but not limited to, the unavailability of any product, an error or omission in the price or the product description, or an error in your order.

No binding contract shall be formed unless Sugar Fashion communicates to you that it has accepted your order and payment of the purchase price has been confirmed (see below for provisions relating to retention of title).

Advertised prices for products and services, delivery and other charges are quoted in Australian dollars ($AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST). They are current at the time they are published but may change at any time at the complete discretion of Sugar Fashion and are subject to availability.

Delivery

All orders will be processed within 2 business days. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday. Sugar Fashion delivers Australia wide and overseas. We ship via regular post locally and via standard air mail overseas. Postage will be calculate based on region.

Once an order leaves our office, and delivered in accordance with your instructions, we accept no responsibility for the recollection of order and re-directing it to an alternate address. We will happily assist you to have the parcel re-directed, however redirections can take up to 7 business days or more and any additional delivery fee incurred will be passed on to you.

Sugar Fashion retains title to the products you order until you have made payment in full for those products.

While all efforts are made to ensure safe and timely delivery, all purchases are subject to a delivery contract. Consequently, the risk of loss of or damage to products passes to you upon our delivery of the products to the delivery contractor.

Payment Methods

Sugar Fashion accept the following methods of payments:

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.

For overseas buyers, your credit card will be billed in Australian dollars and converted into the relevant currencies by your financial institution.

Returns & Exchanges

Sugar Fashion will accept returns of new, unworn, products for full refund or exchange from a purchase on our website within 7 days of receipt by the purchaser. (Please note that Sales items cannot be returned or exchanged.) Returns and Exchanges will not be accepted unless accompanied by a copy of the purchase receipt and a completed Return Form. You can print out the Return & Exchange Form by clicking here.

Where a refund is requested and approved, we will credit your original method of payment; excluding delivery (unless the product is faulty or not as ordered) Proof of purchase, such as a copy of your original receipt is required for reimbursement of the full purchase price.

To return a product, kindly carefully package it up, enclose completed Return Form with a copy of your receipt attached, afflict the correct postage and send it to:
